The Center is seeking funds to establish a seven-person working group to provide necessary services. We have adopted the term "facilitator" to describe their creative, catalytic roles.

Center Facilitator.  Facilitates creative servant leadership by Center workers and associates throughout the world. Coordinates the Global Nonviolence Leadership Academy.

Research Facilitator.  Scans globe for research findings, shares them with researchers, and makes them available for education/training and action needs.

Education/Training Facilitator.  Scans globe for education/training resources and methods, shares them with educators/trainers, and relates them to research and action needs.

Problem-solving Facilitator.  Scans globe for nonviolent problem-solving initiatives by individuals and organizations, public and private, shares them, and conveys action-related needs to researchers and educators/trainers.

Communications Facilitator.  Facilitates worldwide diffusion of nonviolent knowledge through all media of communication.

Resource Facilitator.   Facilitates resources for all Center activities and maintains meticulous accountability for them under external audit review.

Cooperation Facilitator.   Facilitates a global network of corresponding individuals and institutions engaged in nonviolent transformational service, including co-gender correspondents in all countries.  Coordinates comprehensive overviews of the conditions of global nonviolence.
